Making Use of Student Experience involves creating a culture of peer mentorship among Academy students and alumni. Canyon Springs High School Business Academy staff will provide information and strategies for creating a successful student-student mentorship program, including: staying in touch with alumni, teaching students to be peer mentors, and embedding alumni and peer mentorship into the curriculum.

Support Systems for Students and Teachers (for example: career guidance, counseling, academic support, peer support, transition programs, advisories, AVID-like programs, etc.; and support for the teaching team such as team curriculum retreats, development of professional learning communities, and professional development opportunities)
