How to start up and sustain a thriving mentor program. This presentation will give a step-by-step how to with tons of tricks and tried and true methods for recruiting mentors, training them, and scheduling meaningful student-mentor activities throughout the school year. Participants will gain access to a tons of digital templates such as mentor handbooks, student workbooks, PowerPoint presentations, forms and more.
