In the past two years there has been a massive evolution in geospatial technology. It is more applicable and accessible than ever as an instructional and project based learning tool. Learn how web based tools can be used by students to access, display, and analyze geographic data. The focus of this presentation will be ArcGIS Online. See samples of student work ranging from biology to earth science to history to economics to english language arts. If you use Google Earth, ArcGIS Online is the next step going from static images to dynamic data driven online maps.
