The EDCP Academy at Hueneme High School has a unique relationship with its community college partner, Oxnard College. We will share our collaborative summer bridge model that includes processes, working tools, communication pathways and team techniques which resulted in offering the students hands-on project-based learning experiences and increased college readiness.
