Many career academies are expanding enrollment in order to accommodate student demand and/or district expectations. Come discuss with colleagues the pros and cons of growing an academy from 100+ students to 200, 300, 400 or more.  Then, a panel of academy directors who have increased enrollment will share their lessons learned and advice.
