This interactive workshop addresses mentoring and communication techniques which enable adults to build trust with at-risk/disconnected youth. The session will focus on proven, effective communication models and techniques. One cannot mentor without mutual trust, and learning how to reduce judgments and employ non-violent communication are critical to everyone’s success.
