Feeling overwhelmed? Looking for a way to share the responsibilities of the academy more equitably with all team players? This presentation will outline how one Lighthouse CPA academy has successfully implemented a business model approach to running their academy. Each teacher of the academy team runs a "department" (marketing, executive, finance, HR, event planning and communication) that incorporates student leaders. The entire academy team will present, touching on the department they oversee and how the system works together to execute academy-related activities.
