This instructor-led intervention creates intrinsic motivation; is cost-effective; bolsters secondary AND post-secondary completion rates. We’ll review supporting research, explore Freshman Transition Standards from George Washington University, and learn about a comprehensive guidance course culminating with an online 10-year career/education plan.
