How to take new and existing academies and inject them with new life that will help the students to feel like one family. Ideas on how to help students to gain that camaraderie that we all expected to develop when we started academies, but that sometimes can use a boost through such activities as homerooms, social activities, incentives, competitions, and collaboration.

Implementing the CPA Model (Includes all CPA model components, for example: speakers, field trips, mentors, advisory committee, motivational activities, job shadowing and internships, scheduling, common planning time, student recruitment)
